Introducing: Career Support Care Packages πŸ“¦

Hi Reader,

We all know someone going through a career challenge we wish we could support. But it's hard. We don't know how to bring up a sensitive subject, or risk overstepping by making suggestions, or saying something that doesn't quite feel like enough in a text message.

These last few weeks, I've been hiding away in my lair - scheming, experimenting, and inventing!

All the planning, designing, and building have come together into a fun, creative bundle of love I'm really proud of and excited to share with you.

In a world where we are desperate for relief, comfort, support, and compassion, and to help others get that too, this is my answer to meet the moment with my coaching practice. [chokes back tears of pride and joy πŸ₯Ή]

Introducing: Career Support Care Packages

Send a digital care package to someone in your life (our yourself!) who could use a boost, encouragement, and support as they navigate their career situation. Each care package is curated with tools to help navigate different career challenges and aspirations.

  • No more figuring out the perfect thing to say to your friend or colleague who just lost their job.
  • No more wondering which fruit basket says "sorry you're experiencing prolonged unemployment and it's affecting your mental health" or "Sorry you boss is so unsupportive and doesn't let your brilliance shine."
  • No need to risk overstepping by making unwanted suggestions when it comes to a tense relationship your partner has with a co-worker or an interview to get that new role.
  • Show your loved one you support them and their new business venture, even when they are experiencing frustrations.
  • AND no need to worry about breaking the bank either!

Here's what people are saying about sending Career Support Care Packages to their loved ones:

β€œI absolutely love the virtual care packagesβ€”it's such a fun way to support friends during tough times like a long job search. They can find thoughtful meditations and grounding exercises.
