Dear Company Leadership...

Hi Reader,

Earlier this month, I gave a talk at an organization in celebration of Disability Employment Awareness Month. This blog post is the 3rd and final installment in this series of letters, adapted from my talk.

In Part 3, called "Dear Company Leadership," I thank the organization for caring about disability inclusion, applauding what they are already doing, while also challenging them to go beyond compliance and consider what choices will continue to move the organization further towards anti-ableism.

"As a company that cares about greater well-being for its employees, I know you’ll continue to show support beyond just one month out of the year, but every month."

Also check out Part 1: Dear Employees with Disabilities and Part 2: Dear Colleagues of Disabled Employees, as well.

Cheering you on,
